Where Grassroots Action Meets Real Impact

Work alongside grassroot organisations in Guatemala addressing key human rights challenges, including gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, indigenous representations, youth empowerment and migration.
As a volunteer, you’ll gain hand-on experience supporting community programs, contributing to advocacy initiatives, and collaborating with local leaders. Your work will help strengthen local capacity, amplify community voices, and drive projects that create real, measurable impact on the ground,

How we match you

Over the years, we have built up a partnership of large network of different human rights organisations in Guatemala we can match you with. We get to know your goals, skills, and reasons for volunteering, then match you with a project where you can genuinely contribute.

We consider three things:

  1. Spanish level – Some roles need Spanish speakers, others don’t.
  2. Time commitment – Some organisations are fine with short stays, others need a longer one.
  3. Experience – Certain placements need specific skills; others just need passion.

It’s about finding the right fit, for you and the community you work with.
